The Paradise Theatre produces film programming, live entertainment and music as well as a variety of community events throughout the year. The theater may also be booked for private and public rental. It has a 35mm film projection system as well as a hi-definition digital projector which can be utilized for DVD format projection as well as projection from a laptop. A full sound system is also available. The theater has 145 fixed seats, including two small balconies, a bar area, a stage and a hardwood dance floor. The total capacity is 200. The Paradise is a small, independent business with the commitment to present and host hi-quality, diverse programming with the aim of elevating art and culture within the community.

The Paradise staff will help you to orientate yourself to the space; however, if your event should require sound or projection equipment, an authorized technician must be utilized and carries additional fees (see below). Returning the space to its original condition, including cleaning, is the responsibility of the renter unless other arrangements are made. A black or red curtain may be hung upon request to cover the screen, and basic stage lighting is available. For major theatrical productions, a lighting technician familiar with our system is required. All promotion and ticketing to be handled by the renter unless other arrangements are made. Evening Rates after 6 pm~
Mon - Wed $250; Thurs - Sun $300; All Day / Major Festivals $500
Daytime Rates 9 am - 5 pm (minimum 2 hour rental)~
Week Days $35 per hour
Weekends $55 per hour
Birthday Parties 9 am - 5 pm (minimum 2 hour rental)~
Week Days $25 / hour up to 10 people plus $3 per person over 10 people
Weekends $45 / hour up to 10 people plus $3 per kid over 10 people
Digital Projector Fee; $25 flat fee for 2 hours; $15 each additional hour
Authorized Sound Technician (rates vary)

50% Deposit required to hold the booking. $50 Refundable Cleaning Deposit required.
Cancelation Policy: deposits are non-refundable if cancelation occurs within two weeks of scheduled date. The Paradise Theatre reserves the right to decline requests for venue rental.
